July 8: Travel to Vernon

The owners of Cafe Soleil, Dennis and Cheryl Perly, have kindly offered us breakfast at 7:00 am in support of our ride. Dennis emailed us to say 'Many thanks for your contributions to this very serious issue and good luck on your journey and we hope to see you in Kelowna.' Thank you, Dennis!

We will leave Kelowna at 8:00 am to go to Vernon.

Vernon Event
5:00-6:00 pm: Gather at the bandstand in Polson Park for a colorful bike ride through town. Family-friendly: decorate yourselves and your bikes!
6:00-7:00 pm: Potluck picnic near the bandstand in Polson Park. Everyone welcome; please bring a food contribution.
7:00-dusk:
